(Warning to Potential Clients‼️⚠️☹️ ⭐ 1-Star Review I am sharing my experience at Aesthetic Implant Dentistry of Atlanta to warn potential clients—especially those on a budget or relying on financing—to research carefully before choosing this office If I could leave a “0” review I would. I originally applied for a loan through their office for a procedure I specifically requested. After the loan was approved, I was later informed by Dr. Motoban that the procedure would no longer be possible. In spite of that, the finance company had already paid the office, and I was now obligated to repay the loan for a procedure I was no longer getting. When I requested that the loan be canceled in August, the office stopped responding. For nearly three months, they gave me the runaround and avoided assisting me in any way to rectify the situation. During this period, I was forced to pay on a loan I could not use, while the office refused to cooperate with the finance company to cancel it. My calls were screened, and messages were ignored. The his is by far one of the best experiences I had at a dentist office in 13 years. My anxiety when it comes to dentist is normally on a 10. His table side manner was on point and made me calm down. His staff talked me through every step. And really made the process very helpful. His receptionist as soon as I walked in was very accommodating. If you are looking for great patient care and a dentist that takes there time please come see Dr. Dave!

I’m sharing this so no one else goes through it. This office is run by a new dentist who seems more focused on using D-list celebrities and influencer marketing than providing real care. He let go of the staff who actually knew what they were doing, and the whole place changed without telling patients. The problems started when he put a cracked temporary crown in my mouth. He was rude and rushed, and the crown fell out before I even got to my car. When I called to see my regular dentist, that’s when they told me he no longer worked there and that this new dentist was now the only one seeing patients. No one ever told me the practice had switched hands. After that, every time I called about my Invisalign treatment, they kept putting me off, and then stopped responding at all. I also tried to get my records, and they went over four months without sending anything. We finally had to go in person to get them, and the receptionist was rude on top of it. Not to mention, I had already paid for a crown that I wasn
